Finance Director - Rayong

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance of accounting and financial operations with applicable standards and regulations

• Review financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to management

• Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and financial reporting

• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes and financial statements

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Drive cost control, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives

• Coordinate audits, external advisors, and ensure adherence to internal policies

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or auditing

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and planning processes

• Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business evaluation

• Solid understanding of business processes, risk management, and internal controls

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
