Job Summary – Confidential (SET-Listed Manufacturing Group) About the Company * Diversified SET-listed manufacturing group with multiple subsidiaries. * Produces specialized industrial products for both domestic and international markets. * Currently expanding to strengthen financial governance, operational efficiency, and shareholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the group’s overall financial strategy across multiple legal entities.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management to ensure profitability and liquidity.

• Oversee statutory reporting and compliance with Thai GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and SET regulations.

• Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee to drive business performance and long-term growth.

• Lead and develop finance and accounting teams across group entities, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Manage investor relations, prepare annual reports, and communicate directly with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

• Support M&A projects, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions to drive business expansion.

• Collaborate with senior management on new plant expansion and investment feasibility to support future growth.

• Strengthen internal controls and oversee ERP/financial system implementation for accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• At least 5 years in a senior management or C-suite role within a listed or multinational manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and SEC/SET reporting requirements.

• Proven track record in team leadership, M&A, investor communication, and business expansion.

• Excellent strategic thinking, business partnering, and communication skills.

• Fluent in Thai and English.
