Corporate Finance Manager (Lat Phrao)

This role focuses on corporate finance activities including feasibility studies, financial modelling, and investment analysis to support new business initiatives, partnerships, and capital-raising projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop feasibility studies and financial models for new business and investment projects

• Perform financial analysis to assess project viability, risks, and returns

• Support due diligence processes for investors, partners, and joint venture initiatives

• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and supporting financial documentation

• Assist in structuring joint venture and strategic partnership arrangements

• Support capital raising and IPO-related financial analysis and preparation

• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on transaction-related matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or transaction-related roles

• Strong background in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and valuation

• Experience supporting investment deals, joint ventures, or capital market transactions

• Solid understanding of due diligence processes and investment analysis

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear recommendations

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
