What you'll do:
As the Head of Strategy Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate alignment between the company's vision and mission with its strategic objectives. You will monitor performance across all areas of the business, including subsidiaries and affiliates, proposing investment portfolios as necessary. Staying abreast of global trends and technological advancements will be key to your success in this role. You will also oversee risk management processes, ensuring they align with company strategy. Additionally, you will develop a sustainable development plan and sustainability report. Lastly, you will set up the company's enterprise information structure.
* Facilitate and align Board of Directors and CEO’s view for the company’s vision and mission.
* Ensure that Company strategy integrates with the vision and mission.
* Take responsibility for the Company’s business plan.
* Monitor and analyse the Company, subsidiary and affiliate performance.
* Propose investment portfolio of the Company, subsidiaries, affiliate and other strategic partner collaborations.
* Follow global, regional trends and technology e.g., geopolitical, carbon footprint, law and regulations.
* Oversee and manage the risk management process.
* Implement risk management in accordance with Company strategy.
* Develop sustainable development plan and sustainability report.
* Set up the Company’s enterprise information structure.
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Head of Strategy Office position, you bring a wealth of experience in strategic planning, development, and implementation. With at least 10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in risk management and process improvement. Your strong analytical abilities allow you to synthesise complex information effectively. You are an excellent communicator who can present ideas clearly across different functions within an organisation. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to work effectively within a team and your positive attitude. A good command of English is also essential for this role.
* Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any related field.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience with a focus on strategic planning, strategic development or strategic implementation.
* Experience in risk management and process improvement.
* Strong synthesis, analytical skills.
* Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Positive thinking attitude.
* Good command of English.
