An exciting opportunity has arisen for an VP Investor Relations to join a leading organisation in the industry. This role offers the chance to oversee all IR activities within the company.

What you'll do:

As Vice President of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping investor relations strategy. You will be responsible for executing this strategy, developing investor confidence, facilitating informed investment decisions, and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders. Your ability to analyse business information, coordinate with various teams, organise regular investor relations activities, ensure regulatory compliance, create a strong reputation through clear communication, monitor investment research, industry news, summarise information for management will be key to your success in this role.

  • Execute investor relations strategy to help investors make informed decisions
  • Analyse and present the company’s business information to facilitate investor’s investment decision
  • Update the investment community’s sentiment and present to the management for leadership decision
  • Collect data to provide insights on market activity for further analysis of financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
  • Organise investor relations activities on a regular basis and upon request
  • Coordinate with the company’s corporate secretary team to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and prepare required documents in accordance with laws and regulations
  • Evaluate, improve, and maintain positive relationships with shareholders and investors
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
  • Monitor investment research and industry related news and summarise information for the management

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investor relations or related fields
  • Adaptability to change and good organisation skills
  • High responsibility with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well either as a team player or individually when required
  • Willingness to travel/ work upcountry and abroad
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
