Head of Investor Relations

An exciting Head of Investor Relations (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at the leading food manufacturing company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be covering investor relations and corporate affairs areas.

About the Head of Investor Relations Role:

In this role, you will be working closely with the Board and management. you will act as an important link between the Board and the business. You will be communicating with external stakeholders, such as investors, financial institutes, SET and be the first point of contact for queries.

The package for this role includes base salary + car allowance + performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organising and managing investor relations activities
• Provide an analysis of business performance including financial results and operational data
• Represent company to communicate with investors, analysts, financial institutes and shareholders as well as build relationship with investor community
• Execute investor relation's strategies in attempts to facilitate investors, both locally and internationally, in understanding the company’s vision, strategies, business plans among others through various communication channels
• Ensure the compliance of the company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, rules & regulations, resolutions of the Board’s meetings including corporate governance practices
• Arrange meetings for the Board of Directors, AGM and Management Committee as well as coordinate to ensure that all resolutions have been implemented
• Manage all corporate and legal document of entities relating to the operation of the company, such as agreements/ contracts, MOC, and SEC related
• Develop and implement processes to promote and sustain good corporate governance as best practice and standards of corporate governance to be adopted

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid investor relations experiences in listed companies. Having corporate affairs and/or company secretarial experiences would be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 10 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs/Company Secretary with listed companies experience.
• Understanding on commercial laws and SEC regulation
• Strong numerical, analytical, service mind and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and good presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and self-motivated
