Cost Control Assistant Manager - 100K

This role partners closely with the Product Supply and Manufacturing team to manage product costing, inventory cost, and inventory control. The Assistant Manager also conducts cost studies and identifies opportunities for cost savings in food manufacturing.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the cost accounting process, set up standard costs, and identify key cost drivers in the ERP system.

• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to provide timely analysis of COGS, budgets, and variances, and prepare reports within set deadlines.

• Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy in inventory data, and propose provisions for slow-moving or obsolete stock.

• Support the business with insightful analyses and action plans, streamline cost studies, and assist with new product development and marketing.

• Handle transfer pricing, establish selling prices for third-party transactions, and ensure compliance with pricing regulations.

• Maintain strong internal controls, verify data accuracy, conduct inventory counts, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

• Conduct training on product costing and demonstrate the company’s core values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing or financial analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Capable of communicating financial information effectively to department managers.
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
