Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

A leading manufacturing company in Rayong is seeking a Finance Analyst to support plant controlling and financial operations. This role focuses on financial planning, costing, and performance analysis, working closely with plant management and shop floor teams to drive operational efficiency and business performance.

Overview

This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with solid experience in plant controlling and manufacturing finance. You will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, managing cost structures, and supporting business planning within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis
• Maintain and enhance standard costing processes and cost allocation accuracy
• Monitor and analyze plant cost performance across operations and programs
• Develop and improve internal control processes
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance plant efficiency
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams
• Provide financial insights to support plant management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant controlling or costing
• Background in manufacturing, automotive industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial planning & analysis and cost accounting
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (FICO preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in multinational companies is an advantage
• Good command of English
