IPD Section Manager (100K+) – Leading Hospital

This is a strong opportunity to lead Inpatient Financial Operations (IPD) within a reputable hospital, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, managing financial risks, and enhancing patient financial experience.

• Oversee end-to-end inpatient financial processes including billing accuracy, payment collection, and daily reconciliation
• Manage outstanding balances, insurance coordination, and fax claim processes to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient charges while minimizing financial discrepancies and risks
• Handle patient financial inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service standards and effective issue resolution
• Drive process improvements, risk management, and operational efficiency across IPD financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in finance, AR, or revenue cycle, with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, inpatient processes, and insurance claims
• Experience in healthcare / hospital environment is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
