AR Section Manager (100K+) – Leading Hospital

Lead and optimize the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, ensuring efficient billing, collection, and compliance while driving strategic improvements in revenue cycle management.

• Oversee the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle including billing, collections, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage and monitor outstanding receivables, driving collection strategies across corporate, insurance, and individual accounts
• Lead month-end closing activities related to revenue and AR, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Analyze AR data, aging reports, and bad debt provisions, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and improve AR processes, policies, and credit management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit control, and financial reporting
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or complex service-based organizations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
