AP & Collection (90K) - Manufacturing (near MRT Rama 9)

his role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, collection, and international trade finance transactions in a high-value import-export environment. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to L/C, treasury functions, and coordination with foreign banks.

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) including local and overseas payments

• Oversee Collection & Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor customer payments

• Handle L/C documentation and trade finance transactions

• Coordinate with foreign banks regarding Trust Receipt (T/R), loans, and banking facilities

• Review and verify shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, etc.)

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and international trade terms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, logistics, or import-export businesses

• Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, and Trade Finance

• Solid knowledge of L/C, T/R, treasury, and international banking transactions

• Proven experience dealing with foreign banks and overseas transactions

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Stable career track record aligned with approximately 12–20 years of total working experience
