IPD Patient Finance Manager - International Hospital (100K+)

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Finance Manager to oversee hospital revenue operations, ensure accurate billing processes, and strengthen financial risk control. This role plays a key part in optimizing revenue cycle performance while delivering exceptional patient financial service and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all inpatient finance operations, ensuring accurate billing, revenue collection, and compliance with policies and regulations.

• Oversee inpatient accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and minimize financial risk exposure.

• Supervise insurance claims and reimbursement processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

• Handle and resolve patient financial inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain service excellence.

• Develop, review, and enhance financial procedures, internal controls, and workflow efficiency.

• Manage budgeting, manpower planning, KPI tracking, and performance reporting to senior management.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within healthcare or hospital settings.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue cycle management, and insurance processes.

• Solid analytical skills with experience in financial risk assessment and performance monitoring.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
