Assistant Accounting Manager 120K (BTS Asok)

This role is responsible for overseeing financial closing and reporting activities for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to review financial data, prepare management reports, and support continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end monthly and annual financial closing processes for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Review and validate accounting records including general ledger, receivables, payables, and fixed assets to ensure data integrity and completeness.

• Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support internal review and decision-making.

• Lead and supervise a small accounting team of up to 6 members, providing guidance, review, and performance support.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure smooth financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.

• Drive improvements in reporting workflows, templates, and closing timelines, and support ad-hoc finance-related assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting with strong exposure to financial closing and reporting.

• Prior experience managing and developing a team; ability to oversee workloads and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas and domestically as required.
