Accounting Manager 120K - Real Estate Developer

We are conducting a confidential search for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to lead a small finance team, oversee cash flow, credit control, and financial reporting, and partner closely with Sales & Marketing to support business growth.

Detailed Job Description

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Oversee cash flow planning, credit control, and collection activities to ensure healthy liquidity.

• Act as a business partner to Sales & Marketing, providing financial insights on pricing and profitability to support commercial decisions.

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Supervise, coach, and develop a small finance team while maintaining accurate records within the ERP system (Express).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 8–10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Hands-on leadership style, comfortable managing both operational activities and strategic financial responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in cash flow management, credit control, and financial reporting (P&L, budgeting, and forecasting).

• Fluent in English, with experience working in an international or non-Thai customer environment.

• Preferably experienced in real estate development / CDD / B2C business, and familiarity with Express ERP is an advantage.
