Plant Controller 150K - Rayong

We are partnering with a global manufacturing company to recruit a Plant Controller who will lead financial controlling, costing, and performance management for the production plant in Rayong.

• Lead financial controlling activities including month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for the Rayong plant.

• Own product costing, standard cost updates, BOM/routing maintenance, inventory valuation, and SAP master data accuracy.

• Act as a finance business partner to plant operations and supply chain teams, providing performance insights, KPI reporting, and cost efficiency recommendations.

• Manage and monitor CAPEX planning, spending control, approval packages, and coordination with global finance and P&PE teams.

• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis, support strategic planning, and collaborate with global/regional teams on new product costings and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in Controlling or FP&A within manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of SAP (costing, BOM, routing), inventory accounting, and standard costing.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements, cost efficiency, and strong compliance (SOX familiarity is a plus).
