Senior Finance & Accounting – Specialty Chemicals (Bangkok)

A global leader in the specialty chemical industry is looking for a Senior Finance & Accounting professional to join their Bangkok office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, focusing on financial reporting, AR operations, and cross-functional coordination with global teams.

Job Description:

• Report directly to the GM - Accounting & Finance.

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) operations and coordinate with accounts payable (AP) and general ledger (GL) teams based in India (shared service model).

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Thai GAAP and IFRS.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic business goals.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including VAT, CIT, and related filings.

• Maintain and strengthen internal control processes to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial data.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within finance operations.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and drive business performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally within a multinational or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.

• Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Good command of English and Thai, with strong analytical and communication abilities.
