Tax manager 250K - CBD Area

This role will lead the tax strategy, compliance, and advisory functions across the Group. You’ll oversee direct/indirect tax, transfer pricing, BOI benefits, and government liaison, while advising senior leadership on tax risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive tax strategy across direct, indirect, customs, transfer pricing, and global minimum tax

• Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and international frameworks (e.g., OECD, DTA)

• Supervise tax filings, audit handling, tax accounting, and refund claims

• Oversee and prepare transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance

• Identify and maximize BOI/other tax incentives for business units

• Liaise with the Revenue Department, Customs, BOI, and other authorities

• Lead and develop a 4-person tax team (including TP and Data officers)

• Advise on ad hoc projects, M&A support, and business structuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance

• 10+ years in tax compliance & advisory in MNCs or large Thai corporations

• Expertise in Thai tax law, BOI incentives, and transfer pricing frameworks

• Confident in dealing with audits, negotiations, and policy implementation

• Fluent in Thai and English

• Strong leadership, commercial sense, and problem-solving skills
