Finance Manager ( 200K ) - BTS Prompong

To support this transformation, they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of accounting and finance across both Thailand and Singapore entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-scope accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, tax, payroll, reporting) for Thailand and Singapore

• Oversee payroll and HR admin in Thailand (with flexibility to outsource)

• Partner with the Managing Director as the key local finance advisor

• Coordinate with the Singapore finance team

• Lead the SAP HANA go-live

• Hire and build a local finance team in Thailand

• Ensure statutory compliance in both Thailand and Singapore

• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax offices, and regulatory authorities

• Travel occasionally to Singapore and Germany for onboarding and collaboration

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus

• 10+ years in finance/accounting leadership, ideally with MNC/regional exposure

• Proven SAP experience (preferably SAP HANA)

• Independent, proactive, and culturally adaptable

• Open to short-term relocation during the onboarding phase
