Finance Manager 130K - Medical Devices @MRT Lumpini

An international market leader in the food and life sciences industry is expanding its operations in Thailand. The company is looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function in its Thai entity. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Country Manager and Regional Finance, ideal for a proactive leader with strong business acumen and multinational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for the Thailand entity

• Ensure compliance with Thai statutory requirements and global corporate policies

• Manage the month-end close process, account reconciliation, and financial reporting

• Partner with commercial leadership to support strategic decision-making

• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions

• Implement and monitor financial controls and policies

• Collaborate on cross-border finance projects with regional and global teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position

• Strong background in FP&A, financial controls, and statutory reporting

• Fluent in both Thai and English

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred)

• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sectors is a plus

• CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: THB 100,000 – 130,000 / month

• Variable Bonus: ~20% of 13th month

• Annual Leave: 12 days/year

• Additional Benefits: Provident fund, health insurance, regional exposure
