Internal Auditor (100K) - manufacturing

A leading multinational manufacturing company is currently seeking a proactive and analytical Internal Auditor to join their regional audit team based in Samrong. This role offers strong career exposure across APAC and the opportunity to drive impactful audit initiatives, compliance, and process automation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Plan and execute financial and operational audits in line with internal audit standards and annual plans.

• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and ensure policy compliance.

• Conduct special assignments including anti-corruption audits (e.g. FCPA) and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with regional teams to improve audit processes through digitalization, automation, and the use of AI tools.

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.

• Participate in cross-border audits across the APAC region, with up to 30% travel required.

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and promote a culture of compliance and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related fields within multinational or manufacturing companies.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Platform, is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a proactive and self-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Open to travel across the APAC region (approximately 30% of the time).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: THB 100,000+ (Negotiable)

• Fixed Bonus: 2 months

• Variable Bonus: 1.5 months

• Annual Leave: 21 days

• Provident Fund: 10%
