Finance and Costing manager

Oversee accounting operations for a joint venture in its early stages, managing financial reporting and compliance while supporting two key clients. Lead a small team to ensure accurate transaction processing, financial analysis, and internal controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions for a joint venture, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
• Review AP, GL, and costing transactions, performing reconciliations and explaining key variances.
• Oversee internal controls and promote compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Manage tax processes, including withholding tax, VAT, import duty, and corporate tax filings (PND 50, 51).
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts to support business planning.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for financial and compliance

Qualifications/Experience

• Thai Nationality, Age 30 - 45 years olds .
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experiences in accounting and financial including the business planning and analysing with manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English (Spoken & Written and Reading).
• Computer literacy: MS office, Excel, ERP system , having knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Mature personality with good analytical and communication skills .
