Finance Manager (150K+) – MNC Manufacturing (Rayong)

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a leading pre-IPO US manufacturing company in Rayong. This role requires expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting, with a strong focus on IPO readiness and financial process standardization in a dynamic multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation under US GAAP.

• Ensure tax compliance, particularly with deferred tax regulations.

• Lead a lean finance team of six, mentoring and developing staff in a high-growth environment.

• Drive standardization efforts for IPO preparation, working closely with Big 4 exernal auditor and international teams.

• Participate in weekly IPO project meetings and collaborate across US, India, and EU time zones.

• Oversee AP and AR transitions during transformation period.

• Work closely with senior leadership, including the GM and VP Finance, to enhance financial strategies and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles within large multinational corporations.

• Strong background in US GAAP, full-cycle accounting, consolidation, and treasury management.

• Expertise in costing and tax compliance (deferred tax experience is a plus).

• Experience with Oracle ERP or SAP is a must.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, pre-IPO environment, managing multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to coordinate with international teams.

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to mentor and drive process improvements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: THB 150,000 per month

• Fixed Housing Allowance: 15% of base salary (max THB 15,000)

• Fixed Bonus: 1 month

• Provident Fund (PV): 7%

• Health Insurance: Covers family (spouse + children)

• Annual Leave: Starts at 10 days (increases after 1 year)

• Other Benefits: 4 sets of uniforms and free car parking

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
