What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assessing all gaps between the entity’s and the company’s Finance policies and processes. You will develop integration plans that address both Group and local requirements. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of books and monthly reporting (IFRS and local GAAP), leading monthly closing by providing support to other functions, ensuring on-time delivery of monthly financials, maintaining compliance of entities’ financials with Group and Accounting standards, processes. You will also act as a business partner with local functions including close alignment with local management, supporting operational Finance tasks locally as needed.

* Lead monthly closing by providing support to other functions

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (master’s preferred). You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience ideally with a multinational/ consulting company or audit firm. The ability to work cross-functionally and within distributed teams is essential. We are looking for proactive individuals who are clear thinkers with a problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills are required along with fluency in English and the local language. ERP experience, ideally Oracle R12, or similar is a must. Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets is also required.
