Assistant Finance Manager (100K) - MNC Trading

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager with strong potential for career growth into a Finance Manager role within the next few years. This position will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, inventory management, and reporting processes.

• Report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Inventory, and HR.
• Manage financial operations such as inventory verification, product importation processes, and invoice documentation.
• Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal control procedures.
• Support the ongoing SAP system implementation and collaborate with the regional finance team.
• Prepare financial reports, attend board meetings, and provide insights on financial trends, taxation, and business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within MNC company.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage in discussions on financial news, taxation, and business trends.
• Proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
• Experience with ERP systems (Stylite, SAP) and a strong understanding of financial reporting processes.
