Internal Audit & Risk Management Manager

Lead the internal audit and risk management functions to enhance governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Drive audit execution, risk assessment, and business continuity planning while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the annual audit plan across six manufacturing plants in Thailand and CLMV. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit standards.

• Oversee enterprise risk management and maintain the business continuity plan . Identify key risks and drive mitigation strategies across local and international operations.

• Prepare and translate comprehensive audit reports in English for senior management and the Audit Committee. Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations.

• Manage a team of 4-6 internal auditors , providing mentorship and professional development. Coordinate with the permanent auditor in Vietnam.

• Work closely with the CFO and plant leadership teams across Thailand and overseas. Participate in strategic decision-making to enhance governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA preferred.

• At least 10 years in internal audit or risk management, with 5+ years in a leadership role, must have experienced in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit frameworks, risk management, and financial compliance.

• Excellent English skills for reporting, translating audit documents, and liaising with international stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage teams, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights.
