Accounting manager - Trading

A leading industrial trading company is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations,

Resposibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise the AR, AP, GL, and Inventory processes.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate financial information for decision-making.
• Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Maintain financial controls and implement improvements where necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from a top university, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with prior managerial experience leading a team (preferably in a trading or industrial business).
• Experience working in a Big 4 audit firm is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 4-5 people.
• Fluent in Thai, basic English communication is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
