Financial Controller -145K (Based at Rayong)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the finance, accounting, and controlling functions across our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, driving business insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support accounting operations within a matrix structure through a shared services model.
• Oversaw daily operations of accounting and controlling departments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Managed month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Directed treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, daily transactions, and financial planning.
• Led budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, alongside variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Provided strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive organizational growth.
• Championed digital transformation initiatives within the finance function while ensuring effective team structure and management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of IFRS.
