Accounting Manager (70K-80K) - Near BTS

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, finance, and AR functions, managing a team of 18 and handling financial operations for six entities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, SAP B1 experience, and a background in department store, rental, or property management businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial operations across all entities.
  • Manage full accounting and financial processes, including monthly and annual closing, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
  • Work with SAP B1 to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to drive team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in department store, rental, or property management businesses.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee a large accounting function.
  • Experience working with SAP B1 is required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 70,000THB-80,000 THB per month
  • Health Insurance
  • Provident Fund: 5%
  • Variable Bonus: 0.5 – 2.5 months (paid in December, based on KPIs)
  • Annual Leave: 6 days
