Accounting Manager (70K) - Nonthaburi MRT Bang Krasor

As an Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the accounting team, ensuring seamless daily operations, and contributing to the company’s strategic initiatives such as system implementation and pre-IPO activities. This position requires a blend of strong technical accounting skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Go Live phase of Microsoft Dynamic 365 system to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the executive team and external partners to support pre-IPO activities, ensuring compliance and readiness for public listing.
• Manage and oversee PAE-specific accounting entries and compliance requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of 4 accounting professionals and report directly to CFO.
• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Adjust and refine internal control processes and workflow to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting manager role or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing system implementations and supporting pre-IPO processes is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site at Nonthaburi area as needed to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
