A rapidly expanding FMCG is looking for a talented AR Manager (x1 vacancy) in Thailand. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all collection-related functions.
About the AR Manager Role:
Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Department Manager, you will lead all collection activities. As the AR Manager, you will be in charge of working on the follow up overdue customer.
The salary range for this role is THB 50k - 60k per month + Variable Bonus+Provident fund+Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue customer and coordinate with Marketing team
- Prepare document to notice overdue customers and support legal team to perform legal procedures.
- Support Marketing and Legal team to follow up overdue customers
- Coordinating with a supplier, an outside transporter and a public legal executor (if applicable) to repossess and relocate the leased assets from the customer's premise
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in the AR Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with legal and marketing teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in collection
- Experienced in team management
- Strong sense of business partnering
- Problem solver, strategic, hands on, multitasking, dynamic and team player
- Excellent command of English and computer literacy
