Overview of the Role:
Responsible for the planning and executing market development activities in Thailand as well as providing a consistent, repeatable, and executable tactical planning process. Coordination and shared execution of unit product line sales plans and market development activities in the Thailand. Ensure the promotional requirements needed in the market place in order to achieve sales, market share, and profitability goals are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing incentive budgets, project management, and prioritization of requests for emphasis on specific product lines.
• Develops, executes, and manages market development tactical plans aimed at driving increased mechanization rates in targeted markets.
• Coordinates and reports on progress of the ambition plan for Branch.
• Serves as a key sales and marketing contact at the Branch for on- going product line/customer segment inquiries, working with factories, marketing groups and operations.
• Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of discretionary incentive programs
• Assists with execution of product transitions.
• Manages the strategy coordination and planning for new product launches and monitors execution.
• Manages sales promotion and brand building activities.
• Supervise the communication structure with the dealers.
• Monitor competition landscape and activities, and explore innovative methods to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Thai to meet the business needs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market development and working with broad based business and at least 3 years in Managerial position.
• Proven experience in finance, project management, brand management, working with dealers and others channel.
• Possess sales & marketing skills and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in agricultural and / or heavy machinery industry will be an advantage.

• Passion and commitment to work.
• Willingness to travel.
