Medical Device Manager
Purpose of this position
1. To maintain and improve current service level and customer satisfaction of existing Medical Device principals and assigned principals
2. To support department to prepare team and infrastructure to be ready for new Medical Device business (including non-Pharma principals like Thai Stem Life)
Job Responsibilities:
1. To support Department Manager during feasibility study of acquiring new business, mainly propose solution to bridge/ minimize gap together with Business Development and Finance and ensure that all estimated additional cost are plugged in during feasibility study and included in the fee
2. To maintain smooth operation in Customer Services, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Document preparation and Logistics to an agreed levels of service
3. To monitor service level and customer satisfaction (from both customers and Principals side) of provided services
4. To communicate and recommend service improvement to relevant parties to ensure that company always tries to improve our services and deliver better services
5. Maximize/ utilize available resources and control expense to be within the approved budget for each Principals
6. To support & develop team for both day to day operation and future business
7. To evaluate team’s performance under his/ her responsibility
Key Result Area
1. Services are delivered by team to customers according to Service Level agreement and separated agreement which company has committed to Principals for specific business, as a result, KPI are always met and exceed our commitment
2. Headcount and Expense are spent within approved budget
3. Development of staff productivity and efficiency
4. Looking after overall operation under team’s responsibility results in higher Principals and Customer’s satisfaction
5. Standard and special services which are provided to customer have to be updated to Finance team so that company can maintain an accuracy of Activity Base Costing of principals under Medical Device team
6. Coming up with projects to improve profit and reduce cost
7. Self & team development for future success
Key Requirements:
• Male or Female
• 25 years old or older
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3-5 years experience in goods distribution and services
• Good interpersonal and organization skill, with strong service-oriented attitude and willingness to adopt a “hands on” approach to work
• Being creative and initiative when it comes to problem solving
• Good in written and spoken Thai & English
