Manager – Marketing Actuarial (Ordinary Life)
Job Responsibilities:
This job is responsible for providing actuarial support in all stages of product development cycle starting from product design, pricing, filing and approval to implementation.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with distribution to obtain product design which balances top and bottom lines of the company.
• Liaise with HO and solve problems to obtain approval
• Identify and financially analyze product related financial issues
• Experience Study updating and Actual vs. Expected analysis preparation
• Ongoing product monitoring and management
Qualifications:
• University degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or Mathematics Science
• Passed a few of the exams required for professional status from Accredited actuarial organizations
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Life Insurance with at least 2 years experience in management position
• Qualified and close to qualified Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or an equivalent international professional association
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
