Factory Cost Accounting Executive – FMCG- Rangsit
Job Responsibilities:
• Periodically prepare management reports, e.g. variance, non-quality costs, insurance, raw materials, packaging material and finished goods inventory
• Prepare the Factory's standard cost budget
• Conduct cost variance analysis of products, and highlight deviation; distribute to all department heads and follow-up with concerned departments for corrective actions.
• Assess the potential cost saving result from product and/or processes modification and recommend for the management's decisions
• Control the information accuracy of actual material usage and other related production expenses
• Work closely with the Production and Warehouse to ensure inventory transaction and others e.g labor, energy, etc
• Periodically conduct inventory check; monitor and report stock result status including follow-up with the Warehouse and Production for corrective actions
• Prepare costs of new/simulation products by comparing the costs with existing products to ensure the correctness of calculation, upon request
• Prepare, review and update the calculation of packing fees and other charges from outsourcer to ensure reasonable costs and suitable profit margin.
• Review the inventory write-off process
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
• 2 years experience in Cost Accounting
• Intermediate English level
• Abilities to use MS Office
