Our client is a global provider or ERP solutions for the manufacturing and financial services industries. Due to growing demand for their products and services, they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their Bangkok operations.

Background on the Role:
To manage & supervise the Finance & Administration operations of the Client, as
well as participating in the Management Team to ensure strategy and organizational design to maximize resources and foster continued and sustainable growth of the Client

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assume overall responsibility for the timely and accurate presentation of financial
information.
• Review monthly reconciliations of financial statements.
• Analyze and reconcile management reports against forecast.
• Ensure Revenue Recognition Compliance for all sales orders and provide advice to the
business on deal structuring as required.
• Credit Control – ensure that the company’s credit policies are complied with, that
receivables are collected in a timely manner and that bad or doubtful debts are
adequately provisioned.
• Financial reporting – US GAAP (maybe also IAS) and local GAAP
• Supervise accounting and office staff to ensure they are trained and competent to
achieve position objectives and demonstrate initiative in the conduct of assignments;
• Manage the annual financial statement audit, including preparation of annual financial
statements and liaison with the company’s auditors;
• Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available to meet the
company’s financial commitments;
• Support the Business unit to achieve the Maintenance Billings Targets and DSO Targets
• Identify opportunities for and implement process improvements;
• Support and work collaboratively with the Management Team to achieve the BU’s
business goals and objectives
• Adhoc projects, reporting and analysis as required.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Thai Nationality
• BS or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
• Professional qualifications (CPA or ACA)
• 10 years relevant exp, with at least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager
• Sound experience in finance and accounting in a corporate environment, with knowledge
of US GAAP accounting/standards and foreign exchange transactions highly desirable.
• Excellent in management skills
• Excellent command of English
