Our client is a manufacturer and marketer of disposable personal products, and has been listed in SET since August 2006 with consolidated consumer sales of over USD 100 M in 2009. Current businesses are concentrated in Thailand and Malaysia with a growing presence in Singapore and Indonesia. Group headcount is about 800 in SEA with an ambitious growth agenda over the coming years, with an aim to building High Performance Organizations in all key markets as the highest priority.
In 2008, our client was nominated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand as the best performing small capitalized company in Thailand
Key Responsibilities
1. Formulation and execution of the best HR practices, consistent with the organizational development and business growth of DSGT;
2. Besides standard HR administrative functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, etc.., the incumbent should have first hand experiences in talent management: Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development of critical staff;
3. Assisting the CEO and Divisional Managers in cultural change management.
Qualifications & Experiences
1. Minimum of 10-15 years HR management experiences in various areas of HR management practices such as recruitment, training, compensation, and etc.
2. Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills (Thai and English) in communicating with staffs at all levels.
3. Experiences in FMCG industries with manufacturing base in Thailand preferred
4. Prior line or staff management experiences besides HR management a definite advantage;
5. University Graduate, esp. specializing in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent.

- Business minded in addition to technical know-how; demonstrated ability in change management in a fast growing business environment;
- Can-do attitudes, hands-on and out-of-the box thinker; honesty and integrity;
- Overseas exposure in addition to Thai expertise is ideal, though not a must
